RE: Non-College and Non-Vocational School Participation in PUSD College Fair

Individuals and/or companies wishing to participate in the PUSD College Fair, but who do not represent a college or vocational school, must adhere to the following procedure:

Vendors who have previously participated in a PUSD College Fair:

1. Email your company’s name, website, contact person’s name, email and phone number to pusdcollegefair@san.rr.com.

2. Submit a check for $375 made payable to Palomar Council PTA. (The cost has increased due to the budget cuts). Mail the check to PUSD College Fair, P.O. Box 720023, San Diego, CA 92172-0023.

3. After receipt of the check, the vendor’s name shall be listed on the PUSD College Fair website and in the PUSD College Fair program. The vendor shall also have a 6-foot table reserved for them at the PUSD College Fair. Access to the table will begin at 5:00pm and end at 8:45pm on the day of the Fair. The Fair will be open from 6pm to 8:30pm.

4. The vendor shall also be invited to attend a reception with the college reps from 4pm to 5:30pm on the day of the fair.

5. The vendor will receive a parking pass for preferred parking at the fair via email in late September.

Vendors who have not previously participated in a PUSD College Fair:

1. Complete the brief College Fair Vendor application form (found at www.pusdcollegefair.org) and email it to pusdcollegefair@san.rr.com.

2. After review by the PUSD College Fair Committee, a decision will be emailed to the vendor.

3. The vendor will submit a check for $450 made payable to Palomar Council PTA. Mail the check to PUSD College Fair, P.O. Box 720023, San Diego, CA 92172-0023.

4. After receipt of the check, the vendor’s name shall be listed on the PUSD College Fair website and in the PUSD College Fair program. The vendor shall also have a 6-foot table reserved for them at the PUSD College Fair. Access to the table will begin at 5pm and end at 8:45pm on the day of the fair. The fair will be open from 6pm to 8:30pm.

Vendors are not necessarily endorsed by the Poway Unified School District or the Palomar Council PTA and this will be reflected on the web page and program.
